walrus???

I've just received an email saying that the site I will be uploading to has "Walrus setup" and I can "set up the database online (phpmyadmin)". Could anyone translate this for me? I'm fairly new to databases, and haven't a clue what he means by walrus setup - and I haven't been able to find any useful information online.

Click "Edit" in the lower right hand of your original (meaning the original duplicate) post, then follow the instructions to delete that are found on that screen.
