MYSQL Question

Hi,
I changed my Mysql User and PAss from root and nothing to something.

But i had not restarted my server then. but today I restarted my mysql server, but my stupidity, I dont seem to remember the username and passwords for them. (abs my stupidity)...
is there anyway I can figure out the usernames and password i had set.
I am the superuser and have all the rights.

Please help me

Well I own this machine, And I am the host. ..how do u reset the usernames and password anyways?
