How to send an email with an attachment

I want to send email I try to use mail() function, but it's not work. Anybody can help me ?

Why does'nt it work??what does the error it throws you??Are you trying to send an e-mail from your local machine, then, in that case you need a Mail Server.

Your subject is different, so you want to add an atachment to yor e-mail, right??Then this Article might help you.
