Goodluck to you finding anyone, most people on this forum either have there own projects, or just learning. You should however give some insight for them to see what you can do.

Maybe it would help if you gave any details at all about the project.

For example:
I for one would love to join a PHP project to write a small script that IM's via Jabber. (probably easily done)

I would not, however, accept the project if you are using PHP to kill innocent puppies or something.

you've been posting this same question around on the different forums already, if someone wants to, they will contact you, trying numerous times isn't necessarily going to give you better results
