There are too many digits in your number to equal that of the date you have...
The standard Unix timestamp for 00:00:00 9-30-2003 is actually:
1064894400
When I plugged your number (127093968000000000) into the date() function, I get the following hh:mm:ss mm-dd-yyyy results:
15:48:00 11-23-2020
Are you sure MS Active Directory stores this in a Unix Timestamp? I am not being facetious... I am just not sure myself, but I am sure that the number it has stored doesn't give you the date you want using the date() function...
