My BBS is screwd up

I'm running a BBS using Invision software with 2 other admins and i don't know what the hell they were doing but at the top of my bbs the error Warning: No ending delimiter '/' found in /mg2root/web/www.houseofmaveric.com/html/forum/sources/functions.php on line 1633

Comes up , i booted up ftp and downloaded the functions script and line 1633 is this(i don't know enough php to understand)

if (preg_match( "/$ip/", $ibforums->input['IP_ADDRESS'] ))

Looks fine from here. Have you tried asking the other admins what they were doing yet?
