Is the "text scrolling" javascript's department? I checked out the hotscripts, there are 51 "text scrolling" javascripts samples. But none in php.
I guess if I want to make the scrolling text generated from the database, I will have to use the php script with the javascript.
Are there any php script for the "text scrolling"? Or it is a client side programming so it is javascript'd department not php's department?
