I have 3 different files with
each containing a PHP array for the above mentioned
translations.
Do i have to load the specific charsets for the browsers
to know the changes like ΓΌ in german or n with the squirrly
thingy above in for example el nino.
Or should i be fine without them?
How do i load the charsets in PHP, which charsets specificaly and where?
i suppose it has to be in the header?!
