Confusion - Delete Database Records Using Check Boxes

Hi there,

I have searched the board and tried many different things, but i cannot get this to work.

I am trying to incorporate a check box delete system into my message inbox section of my website, so a user can tick which items he/she wishes to delete, hit the delete button, and all checked records are deleted from the database.

I'm just looking for some advise how to do this really. Does each check box have to be name something different? Or is there another way around this (arrays)?

Any advise would be great, as im a bit confused over this one!!
