What is a utility bill or passport going to tell you, except how to somehow scam US? I don't know about the rest of the people here, but I don't have any information about my PHP coding skills on my utility bills or my passport.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as SPAM, but if not, I am sure it doesn't belong in General Help. Perhaps it should be moved to the Lounge...

This is not spam. With you passport scans I'll be sure that after I pay you 150$ (on the first day of your work) you won't leave me with my money.

it may not be spam, but this is rule 5 from the faq's

Besides.. how easy would it be to fake a passport or other proof of identification? AND! How could be guaranteed you even pay? Perhaps they don't want posts like this on this board because they're almost ridiculous.
