Selecting from Menu bar and showing in the text bax ???

Hi I am trying to selsect some items from a menu and then trying to show those in a text box. Here is my code for menu:

foreach ($Domain_Name as $Existing_Item)
print " <option value=\"$Existing_Item ">$Existing_Item</option>";
?>

What would be the code for text box so that when ever I will select some of the items from menu, those will be appeared in the text box consecutively. Thank you.

that's javascript but I would expect something like

doesn't it work, I thought the += operator added the string to anything that was previously in it. Or did you mean you want a seperator like a comma? If so I think you can add a comma at the end of += str; to make += str,;

Thank you for your help, but still having problem with this code. whenever I am selecting any item from list, it's showing undefined in the text box. Co could you plese have a look and let me know what do do? Thank you.

move this to a client-side forum. this is not a server side issue because you're manipulating something after pageload.

if you want to do it server side the form needs to keep calling the page as they select things. this is inefficient, strains the server with a burden that is easily avoided.

before you go much farther with your life as a scripter for webpages, i strongly suggest reading up on the difference between client side and server side. it will help you figure out how to do pages MUCH better
