unable to register function error, duplicate file name

I tried to upgrade Perl to the new active build 8. I uninstalled the previous version (via control panel), rebooted then installed the version 8. On restart of the server, I get the below errors:

I have no idea what ads is referring to either...

here is a copy of my config file

I need all the help I can get!!!!

I tried uninstalling the new version of perl to no avail....

for some reason the text files didn't attach...I'm trying again..

Hi,

check php.ini if the following line exists and is uncommented:

extension=php_zlib.dll

Try to comment it out and restart the server. The error messages should go away. zlib support is builtin in the windows version of php.
