how to change text color in php

trying to find the line of code that allows you to change the color of text. having looked at the code, it is listed to be white but for some reason it's still coming up as this pukish green...please help...going crazy lookin for this stuff.
this is the page that we're working on... the text on the top of the little tables is what we're looking to change.

It's changed in HTML, however, in this case it's CSS since it's PHP Nuke. Go to the folder for whatever skin you're using and find the CSS. Play around with the hex codes and see if you can find which one affects that color. Most of the nuke templates are commented pretty well.

first off...thank you very much for your prompt reply.

Apparently this method has been attempted, but with no results.
so now, we are attempting to make the boxes that the text is a lable for, a different color to see if we can isolate the text part.

any other ideas out there?
