I am using the mail() function.

Everything works!

The ONLY problem I am having is creating new lines in the body of the email. Here is what I am CURRENTLY doing:

$answers =  'Email address: ' .$email."                    "
			.'Do you like our website: '.$question2."                    "
			.'Were you able to easily navigate our site? '.$question3."                    ";

Where I have put in the long spaces, I would LOVE to use the '\n' or '<br>' , but I cannot get it to work. I am using the long spaces to separate my lines so I can read them. Otherwise they all bunch together in the email body. Here is what I have tried and does NOT work:

1. 'Email address: ' .$email."\n"
2. 'Email address: ' .$email.'\n'
3. 'Email address: ' .$email."<br>\n"
4. 'Email address: ' .$email.'<br>\n'
5. 'Email address: ' .$email."<br>"
6. 'Email address: ' .$email.'<br>'

It will either generate an error or literally write the \n or <br> in the email body.

You could try \r\n instead of just the \n. That is how I use multiple lines and it works for me

mail("$adminEmail","$subject","$message","FROM:$email");
