Seeking hosting company w/ GDlib 2.0 support

I'm trying to find a hosting company - anyone out there have positive experiences?

I want to host in a shared Linux environment.

I need GD lib 2.0/Freetype support, as I'm trying to burn captions into images when they are uploaded - my current host (Vianetworks) won't be upgrading their servers for (they say) 2-6 months (I say "a year").

My client's site is hosted at iPowerWeb. They have GD lib 2.0 but their implementation is very buggy - basically can't get it to work. They're cheap and have lousy support.

I'd rather pay $25 a month for a company with good support than $8 a month for lousy support.

Any recommendations?

my server has it enabled, I host a few sites and would be happy to add yours for a good price. http://www.pr-design.biz is my hosting site...
