I just sign up for a reseller account that only lets me setup users manualy. is there any script out there that lets me do this automaticly.

look there and you will find a few.. from personal experience, ModernBill is really good, HostAdmin3 is not good, whm autopilot is pretty nice, whois.cart is also really nice...
I would recommend first, modernbill and then whois.cart

The only problem, is that many portions of that script are Zend encoded, and modernbill also has an ioncube option. therefore you wont be able to play with certain portions of the source code. ioncube is somewhat reversable, my friend can do it but the code comes out messy and unformatted, zend cant really be reversed.

hey I have rh9.0
and I wanted to start a little hosting company for some friends and I dont want to pay for WHM, anybody got any good solutions wheather with php or perl scripts or whatever thatll allow me to do alot of automated stuff like WHM?

there arent many php or perl script packages that would do the same stuff as whm and cpanel (at least any that would cost a lot less than WHM). i would recommend becoming a reseller on a server that does have it enabled and charge your friends, or if you want to use your own server, you can manually create the accounts for them and add the dns records yourself...its a lot of work by hand.
also make sure your server can handle the bandwidth..

ive seen that before...the problem with things like that is that they arent as nearly as secure, are more prone to bugs, and of course, arent as feature packed as cpanel/whm... i know cpanel comes out with updated versions every day.
