Hi,
I would like to be able to create a rtf document (using open office) with tokens (e.g. [FirstName]) that i can use to personalize mail merge pdf documents.
My definition of mail merge documents would be one document with multiple peoples letters repeated after each other in that single document that can be printed.
I know that pdf can create both pdf and rtf documents but can it convert rtf documents to pdf.
Also can I easily rewrite the tokens to contain real data and mail merge multiple people's letters into one rtf document to be converted to pdf.
The rtf documents would be created by the users using open office. The rtf document would sort of be a template file that is used to do all the above, I hope I am explaining this in a way that can be understood.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
