Data Loss Again - MySQL

This is the third time this has happened.

Information in the database just disappears. The info is put in thru admin pages. Last night the administrator noticed there was something wrong with the site (a banner was not loading). He logged into the admin site and found ALL but four banners were not there. I verified this this AM thru phpmyadmin. This has happened on different tables during the past three weeks. The site is new.

There are different sites there and it has happened to one once and another twice.

What is the best way to set up a log of who accesses the databases? Linux RH7.3

Is this something anyone else has experienced?

Any suggestions. It seems the only way to change the DB is thru the admin page or phpmyadmin. The db's are password protected.

I believe MySQL logs all queries by default, check www.mysql.com for sure.

My logs are located in /var/log and individual user logs are in the users home directory under file .mysql_history.

You might also start by manually loggin all of your SQL queries to text files, or log all DELETE queries or something.

How would I log all delete queries into a txt file?

Everytime your application exectus a delete query, write it ot a text file with fopen, fwrite, fclose, and log how many records that effected as well.
