html or php?

Im not sure if this is an html problem or php but I am sure someone here can help.

in my design im getting a white space (1px high) after the php include ()

maybe post header.htm so we can see that

I have a feeling the space comes from the table rows with all of the spacers but when I try to remove them the table goes crazy. thanks for the help.

NOTE: you have a space before all your <img> tags, in this header.htm and your php file too

thanks stolzyboy but there must be more. my code is cleaner now but the problem remains.

any more ideas?
