Wireless default page

I know this isn't exactly php related, but everyone here is so good at helping and I'm getting nowhere right now.

I'm running a wireless network that covers some key points in town, the main strip and the park. It's a free network, just a project for a geek with some free time. I would like to set up a default webpage for the network when you first sign on. I've seen this done in airports and hotels and have no clue how to do it.

Just something simple that talks about the network and why I did it, so on and so forth.

Anyone know more about this than me, please...

do you need someone to help you create this web page? is this what you are asking?

I think he's looking for a way to, essentially, change the homepage of users when they're on his network. I don't know that doing so is possible.

Just to let anyone know who runs into this, I did find something. It's called DNS Redirector. It can be found here:

http://www.jpelectron.com/dnsredir.htm

There was something else that someone said would do it, but I didn't see where it would... It's called NoCat?

I have not tried DNS Redirector, but it looks like it will do the trick.
