If the output is
13 occured 1 times 14 occured 2 times 15 occured 1 times 9 occured 2 times 10 occured 2 times
How can we arrange the output in
9 occured 2 times 10 occured 2 times 13 occured 1 times 14 occured 2 times 15 occured 1 times
ORDER BY, GROUP BY, DISTINCT, etc....
these are assuming you are getting those results from querying a database
if u are using the array_count_values then sort the output of array_count_values using asort
