Blanks?

For the first 3 fields it fills in blanks for 2 of the fields for some reason. After that it works.

That sentence didn't make any sense. Can you try to explain again?

Sorry, In the link how the first 3 rows of the first Good Thru: collumn say the month but not the year (ex. 12/ ). Well, all that is, is a repeating coding, yet those first 3 rows are still different. It's not the database, we've checked that. Also, even if the different entrys change, it's always the first 3 rows.

P.S. Does that make any sense?
