join tables and display on my PHP page?

I have two tables: A, B

Table B
B.fsid
B.fid
B.sid

Table A
A.sid
A.title
A.rating
etc.

how could I LEFT JOIN the two tables into one, and actually displaying them, the results that is, on PHP page(s) ?

I do realize that using SQL, and actually displaying the result on PHP is a bit different, and thats where my difficulty is, the PHP programming part...

appreciate any form of help that's provided 🙂

although a little write up as tutorial would be greatfully helpful :p

the ERROR that I got on my browser are as follows...

the line 12 is actually pointed at this "while($r=mysql_fetch_array($result))"
