problem with date time format

I tried to split date time format and store them as variable but because of my datetime format is non-standard, I got stuck.
Can you help me to solve this problem.

my datetime format is :
July24,2003 12:14:06
and I want to separate it as
$month,$day,$year,$hour,$minute,$second

That format is standard.
