Hey all, I just got my hit counter working, and it worked perfectly for about a day, then started screwing up. For one, the text file that was storing the hits had it's contents erased, and can no longer store more than 2 hits. Eg. I goto my site, it says "Visitors: " with no number, I hit refresh and it goes to 1, refresh again and it goes to 2, refresh again and it goes back to "Visitors: " - no number. Why and how would it be doing this? I'm really puzzled....
