[Resolved] preg_match_all

Hey all, I'm not so good with regular expressions and I would like to take my bounced emails and write up a little routine to get them off my list. Since there are so many ways a bounce comes back I thought that using preg_match_all to match addresses like this <[e-mail]> would be the best way and then manually I could pick and choose which ones to get rid of.

My question, can anyone help me use preg_match_all for an email address.
