passing var

The code below is what I'm using right now. when you click the out put of $row it will take you to the next page. what i'm having a hard time with is passing the $row["Name"] var. what I tryed below is only passing the last var in the SQL query.

any idea would be great.

/print out the table and is a link to the next page
echo "<a href=\peaches/recipes/pdf.php>".$row["Name"]."</a>";

//pass the var that was clicked to the next page
$name = "".$row["Name"];

I have changed my code to this
echo "<a href=\peaches/recipes/pdf.php?var=value&var2=value2&var3=value3>".$row["Name"]."</a>";

but on the next page I tryed changing my var's but nothing, I just get value as my output .

On pdf.php page, your variable name will be $name, assuming your register globals is on. If not, you need to get the variable:

$name = $_GET['name'];

I am not sure why you had the back slash in there, but give this a shot... See if this looks right in your URL when you hover over the link...
