I've just released a CMS (of sorts) script written in PHP that uses MySQL for RDBMS and tokenized HTML templates for content insertion.
I've been developing it for about 2 years (originally done in Perl) and running my site with it for about half a year now, it's main focus is on various content source acquisition and display. I now need to get people using it to really put it through its paces and to get some end-user input. Most of the documentation is complete and posted to my site (I also need end-user input on documentation as well).
