Whats the differences between all the MySQL table types? MyISAM, InnoDB, Berkely, Gemini etc. I know three last ones support transactions, but is there any disadvantages in e.g InnoDB to compared to the default MyISAM? And do some of the table types in MySQL 4 support sub-queries, or do i remember reading wrong somewhere? (cant find anything bout it atm)
