$REMOTE_ADDR returns he IP address of the browser! eg 80.144.70.44
What Global returns the canonical address? eg host80-288-70-11.midband.mdip.bt.net

Hi, i don't know if any global exists, i think nothing, but you can do this with gethostbyaddr(), passing $REMOTE_ADDR...
