Any one give a good code on php and xml ,xslt

which contains

1) how to create a xml document using php

2) how to add nodes

3) how to retrieve the nodes

4)how to update the xml file(changing the node values)

5) how to delete the required node in the xml file

5)how to display the data that was received from xml by using xslt

if any one give a code with simple english description it is very much useful to me and all
