PHPwebsite question

I have a copy of PHPwebsite running on my local machine, that I have fully configured/modified.
I have a fresh blank installation on my hosted website that contains no data.
Apparently I do not have permission to upload/create files, PHPmyadmin lacks the "create new" buttons, etc.
Is there anyway to manually install a copy of the local database to the hosted web server or will I have to have the host admin do it for me?

You can dump a database file from your local myadmin to an sql file. Open the sql file, copy the contents and paste it in the box provided on myadmin on your host which says "Run SQL query/queries on database".

Thank you sir! . . . I was able to dump data and structure to an sql file, and execute the file using mysql tools input box. got the site installed and working again.
