I dont know if this is the right forum section, but I would to see what peoples thoughts are on the new version of PHP5, but more importantantly - one important aspect that has not made it with the new version - method overloading.
Writing in Java, method overloading on constructors is very usefull, and sets up your object nicely with it signiture and in doing so cleans up your class in the same time.
Does anybody know if this will be included into PHP5 in the future?
