% and 0.00

I have set up an affiliate scheme @ http://www.expertshelp.com.

I am having trouble working out an percentage and then only let it have 2dp

EG let say 10% goes to affiliates

£5.30 is paid

10% to affiliates is £0.53

then make sure its to 2dp

any idea's?

round( $amount, 2 );

I persume thats 2dp

How do I do 10%?
