Apache and SEs URLS (search engine safe)

I am having problems using search engine safe URL's... in fact... I just get a page not found error when i simply add a trailing slash

IE: index.php/ => page not found

This does not do this on my host
http://www.v7studios.com/index.php/

So somthing is wrong with my configuration of apache

This is very annoying because I need to be able to test SEs URLS on my sever.... and I can't do that

Well I figured it out!!! After much searching in the docs
In case any of you ever have the same problem just add the following line to your apache.conf

AcceptPathInfo On


and thats it!

FYI - trailing slashes are for directories, not other types of files.
