Simple Create pages?

I've just started using phpnuke.

I'm not a great coder and don't know php at all.

All I need to do is figure out how to create a page and then link to it.

I want to use dreamweaver to do the actual page and then copy the code over to the page that I want to display.

Basically, talk to me like I'm stupid. I've been overly appreciative to friends to the point that I don't want to ask any follow up questions such as "I don't understand a word of what you just said, could you do that in English?"

Would it be possible for someone to just walk me through setting up a page and then linking to it on nuke? Once I get that then I can probably figure everything else out.

Just to follow that up.

I want to create an internal page. I already figured out (sorta) how to link to a page where I just create a new folder and a whole new page. But I want it to show in the internal frame and I want it to be listed under the modules block.
