help - parse error??

i just uploaded phpnuke and i dont know the slightest thing about php.. =/

but i want this to work 🙂 so like.. can someone tell me what is wrong..

yeah I did, I have no idea why it didn't work. heh it took me 30 minutes to upload and everything =( and it doesnt work so i decided to just get my friend to install it, he did, and it works. i dont know what i did wrong but it works now, thanks
