Help!

I have been trying to figure out how to do this for a long time now. I have been wanting to know how to let people post on my website (besides a message board). Like say if I wanted to go and add a recipie to a list at a recpie site i would be able to type it in and its there once i hit the submit button... I don't know anything but HTML. If someone could help me out it would be GREATLY apreciated and would enhance my site. Thanks.

i recommend look at a php book before you start doing anything
