I have 2 problems : I wanna write to file like in C++ , which I can write the whole Object to file , but in php I can't do that , I wrote all of the field...

I have 2 problems :

I wanna write to file like in C++ , which I can write the whole Object to file , but in php I can't do that , I wrote all of the fields manually in files , it is more important when I wanna read from that file , I wanna read the whole object but again I can't , can anybody help me with this problem ?
I wanna know how I can see the changes of my php.ini file withput restarting my PC , since I make changes and then I restart it to have the changes take effect .
