Printing and PHP

Seems how I'm new to PHP, the question is we have alot of forms as well as some goverment forms that need to be filled in. They do not wnat the users manually doing it. Can php handle this. If I can get a html form to look like the forms we currently use it shouldn't be a big deal as long as I can put a x in a certain spot. Can this be done and how easy is it.

Mabey it is me but i am a bit lost with your question here.

first question that pops in my mind is, is this data going to be stored somewhere like a DB or something?

Second somebody have to type in the data which is going to printed out. I dont really see how you can automate that.
when you say users you mean some sort of customer i guess

and yes if you have an form that looks like the form that is supposed to be filled in you can put first name in an sertain spot.
