for an unknown reason - out of the blue - our company intranet (which me and another guy are responsible for) has gone doolallay
we host it internally - and suddenly, every part of the site which uses the database, which is the majority of it takes absolutley AGES to load.... very very very slow - and it was fine last week!!
to satrt with the database connections were timing out... so we upped the timeout so at least it loads now...
we have even built another server - shifted the whole lot across to try it - same problem
we are using php 4.23 & mySQL 4.1
has anyone ever had this hapen to them??
or know what the problem might be?
at this point may I just add an aaaaarrrrrrrggggghHHHH!!!!!
