text form element problem

I can't for the life of me figure this out. I am using mysql to get user information and put it into a form for easy updates.
I get the information:
$Address= mysql_result($result,0,"Address");
and echo it:
echo"$Address";
i get this: 131 Douglas st.

I put it into a form:
<input name="Address" type="textfield" size="29" value=<? echo "$Address"; ?>>

i get this: 131
:? not good!!!
Any ideas????

change this

<input name="Address" type="textfield" size="29" value=<? echo "$Address"; ?>>

to this

<input name="Address" type="textfield" size="29" value="<? echo "$Address"; ?>">

html attributes need to be quoted, double or single to make sure spaces don't screw them up
