Accept Payments?

Anyone know any companies that accept credit card payments, or a way to do this? I am building a page with viewable image galleries but people have to pay with credit cards (violates PayPal TOS so we can't use them).

Just need for the user to be able to put their credit card info in and have a payment be accepted or whatnot.

Why not use paypal (or some service just like it)?

I use it on my sites. Paypal is very configurable, free, international, accepting most common creditcards and easy to use for you and your clients.

just contact ur bank/creditcard company they all have it and why cant you use paypal?

well you would write the actual shopping cart in PHP then you link into an external processing company to do the actual credit card processing. When the client clicks "pay by credit card" they are forwarded to the companies processing page and it is dealt with. This is done easily and is done so that they bear all the responsibility for the transactions and also any other problems wether legal or financial, also they guarantee security.

Just do a search under google for "credit card processing" and you will find loads.

they take around 5% from each purchase and usually forward the money around 15-30 days after purchase, this is to guarantee the credit card. I find this a cheap and easy way to do what you want... Any more info ?? then post the boards and I will try to help...

Thanks to everyone for their help. I will search for credit card processing, although I think I have found an alternative to PayPal.

Why no paypal?

Paypal is a great service, it's fast, reliable, and easy to work with. On the downside, there is ALOT of stuff that violates PayPal's TOS, including certain memorabilia, pornography, and loads of other things, the list is insanely long. (That's right, I heard of someone who couldn't sell Holocaust memorabilia because it was nazi propaganda or some bs which it wasnt, anywhoo 🙂 )

We are going to try paycom.net It might pan out 🙂

I'll have more questions soon though trust me 🙂
