Hi Everyone,
I have a potential client is hoping to email about one million users (opt-ins of course) on a monthly basis and I'm looking for opinions for the best way to approach this project. I have sent to mailing lists using PHP before, but I don't think it's appropriate for this many users.
Does anyone know of any good C / C++ based programs that can handle this many addresses? Any other ideas? Thanks!

you could also break it down, limit to like 100,000 and when done continue till 100,000,000 automatically
