I've been working with jstarkey, the managing editor to get rid of these types of posts, or at least to make sure all the mods are on the same page as one another... and there will be a poll sooner or later regarding this... not sure if it is only in the team discussion forum or everywhere, but there is going to be further restrictions on this type of post very soon

honestly, this is where I would look if I wanted competent PHP developers. Perhaps a forum should be set up for this?

Well, I am pretty sure legally they can't as is stated in the [edit]faq's[/edit] that Buzz pointed out already. They have a contract with Dice that won't allow this to happen.

This has been frustrating. So, my post is gone. I skimmed through all the FAQs before registering. Nothing about restrictions on this kind of post I could see. I cannot even find a terms and conditions anywhere. What is the big deal with someone trying to find a programmer?
