email script / textarea problem

Hello:

I have a simple email script but I have trouble when posting the textarea. How does one make it so that it will show all the breaks so that it does not throw all the information on one single line in the email sent?

Take a look at the nl2br() function.

Depends on what u set the Content-Type: header of the email is.

If the email is sent as html then you will have to do a [man]nl2br[/man] ($_POST['textarea']) to convert all the line breaks into HTML <BR> tags for proper formatting.

I'm just trying to send a plain text email... So in the textarea I want a line break everytime they hit the [enter] key. But no luck!
