Redirect to IP and Domain Name

I am really new to PHP. I am trying to point a domain that is registered on my server to the server where the content is hosted, which is not mine. We renewed their domain for them but need to point to their old content untill we get their new site up.

THis is what I have so far and it is pointing to the right server, but the server requires the IP address and the domain name to gain access.

header ("Location: $URL");

need some more info... and please explain your quesion again, i dont quite understand what your asking

Our server hosts this customers domain name, but the content is hosted on someone elses shared web server. The problem is that they have all this crazy security and fire walls. They told me that their system requires the IP address and the domain name to access the content on their server.... Mind you not the account name. The server somehow decifers the ip and compares that to the domain before allowing access.

Just to give you an idea of the security. There is a lot of security... the only way in to acces files or edit files on their system is over ssh and you jump threw 3 different ips and fire walls.

You may need to include the port in that IP, along with where the files are located. Just a thought. 🙂
