Mail()

I have a mail function..
ANd the purpose of that function is to mail somebody..
BUt when i test it ..
It CAN mail to me and not to my brother or other peoples mail..
How is that possible ??

Looks like a SMTP relay issue. What OS and SMTP service are you using?
