Help, please! It seems that something is "misfiring" with my PHP config and I'm clueless what it's all about. The problem came to my attention after several customers complained about encountering "page not found - 404" errors. I've done a little investigating and have noticed similar problems. The page not found issue occurs sporadically. I've only been able to recreate the problem consistently one time... during a transaction that utilizes https. The remaining times seem sporadic.
It seems to happen most frequently in multiple-page data entry situations. For instance... an online questionnaire where each question resides on a separate page. Occasionally when someone selects the "next" button (to go to the next question) they'll get the dreaded 404.
I use osCommerce as an eCommerce solution. This problem tends to happen with osCommerce during the checkout process. Of course, this is where https comes in.
I'm open to all suggestions. Not even certain that this is truly PHP-related.
