No Job Postings Question

I understand that there are no job posting allowed on the board due to an agreement with dice, and I'm all for this heck I get their email everyday with new jobs in my area.

My question is this when a mod deletes a job posting instead of just putting no job postings allowed on the board why not also post a link to dice.com - I'm sure there is nothing in the agreement against this and the next time the person stops in to check their thread they'll be directed to a source that phpbuilder supports.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I've actually recommended this to people and allowed, but the thing is we have jobs.internet.com which is what the contract entails.

I'm going to look into this one more time. I'm thinking there may be a llinking system I can set up where you just enter an ID and put it in like [.job] tags or something.

I'll send out an email to see if they'll back me doing soething like that.
